MANAGER- ALTERNATE DELIVERY CHANNELS
Reporting to Head - Retail Banking, responsible to develop and implement a road-map for Innovation and development of the Alternate Banking Channels of the Bank, Including Mobile Banking, Internet Banking. Card business, ATMs, POS, Call Center and other alterative channels.
Key responsibilities
• Create and Implement channel strategies for all customer segments to achieve effective channel use, sales and customer satisfaction targets, operational efficiency and a seamless product and relationship experience for customers.
• Accountable for managing the channels and maximizing performance as well as profitability.
• Develop strategy for driving and managing cross-sell of all retail products and services through the alternative channels.
• Develops and meets cross-sell targets and Increased PUC (Product Us. Count) over alternative channels.
• Accountable for continuous and regular tracking and reporting of Alternate Sales Channel effectiveness and marketing programs.
• Recommend pricing, promotions, and sales targets and programs to meet and maximise revenue targets.
• Lead Alterative Channels Call centers, taking overall responsibility for the business performance of the call centers: Ensuring all measures and targets as calculated with customer service, risk and controls are met In addition to developing sales capability of centers through training or other methods.
Educational qualification.
• University graduate preferably In Business/Management: Expert in competencies required
• At least 6years established prior experience with strategic development In Alternative channels and e-business field In Banking.
• Strong Interpersonal skill with the ability to quickly build-relationships Internally and externally
• A creative, Innovative and critical thinker who can Identify both short and long-term new customer and revenue enhancement opportunities.
