EngenderHealth is seeking expressions of interest from highly qualified candidates for staff positions on an anticipated DFID-funded gender-based violence prevention project.
Program Officer, based in the Dodoma Region of Tanzania, will provide the technical expertise required for the project to achieve its goals. S/he has an advanced degree in health sciences, with least 5 years’ specialist expertise in the following: training, facilitation of trainings and supervision, gender-based violence prevention or response, and behavior change communications. Fluent spoken and written English required.

M&E Associate, based in the Dodoma Region of Tanzania, will support the project’s monitoring and evaluation plan and monitor community level interventions. S/he will lead the development and dissemination of knowledge products. S/he has an advanced degree in monitoring, evaluation, informatics, demography or any advanced degree in a related discipline, with at least 5 years’ experience of implementing development projects. Fluent spoken and written English required.

Project Coordinator, based in the Dodoma Region of Tanzania, will be responsible for technical leadership, coordination and provide strategic oversight of project activities. S/he has an advanced degree in either social sciences or health, with at least 8 years’ experience working in gender-focused programs and management of such programs in Tanzania and/or other developing countries. S/he will provide specialist expertise in the following: gender-based violence prevention or response, gender programs, behavior change communications, media campaigns, training supervision. Experience working on the regional and community level preferred. Fluent spoken and written English required.
