1. Sales & Distribution (S&D)
Sales Analyst Role To collect and analyze periodic sales segment statistics on budget spend and performance, generate performance/analysis reports and insights to guide and inform business decision making in order to ensure optimal productivity for the business.
S &D Budgeting and Monitoring:
Prepare the S&D budget in liaison with the Sales segment managers. Lead, Track, Analyze and Report on monthly & quarterly segment budget reviews to re-align spend with business objectives. Advice segment heads on budgetary allocations as per insights generated and reviewing segment sales execution proposals to ensure value for money.
Sales target setting and Sales Performance Analysis & Reporting:
Collect and compile weekly segment performance statistics. Carry out monthly joiner's analysis and advise management on actions to take. Collect and analyze data from IT on various business parameters. Analyze performance against targets, extract performance trends to guide segment heads. Coordinate the quarterly & annual target setting process with key stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives. Design sales reporting tools & Support the Sales targets monthly review in re-alignment to market realities and trends.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree in any business related field.
- Excellent Knowledge of Microsoft Office especially Ms. Excel and data analysis packages: SPSS; Ms Access; Oracle
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
- At least 3 years' experience in a commercial environment with exposure to business analysis Knowledge of sales, marketing and financial processes and the business strategic alignment.
- Customer focused goal& business oriented and excellent communications skills.
2. Legal & Regulatory
Legal Officer
Role The Legal Officer-is required to work in close consultation with all departments in providing competent legal advice and services in all areas of Laws that affect business and commerce in order to enable the Company conduct its business within the existing legal framework in Rwanda.
Handle all formal complaints against the company (from customers, suppliers and the public at large), forwarded to the Legal Department, according to Company policy. Assist in the drafting contracts on various subjects as need arises according to established Company policies. In such drafting to ensure that the company is not unduly disadvantaged or exposed to risk. Approve S. validate various contracts in which the Company is involved to ensure that the company is not unduly disadvantaged or exposed to risk and to advise the Company as appropriate.

On request to draft various policy documents on behalf of the Company, to give competent legal advice to various departments on various legal issues and ensure that in all such instances the Company is advised to comply with all laws, regulations in force, to validate the activities of other departments from a legal standpoint and ensure that in all such instances the Company is advised to comply with all laws, regulations in force, to carry out research on various legal issues that arise.
To supervise the protection and registration of the Company's intellectual property rights in accordance with the existing Company policy as well as provide such other assistance as may be required by the Business from time to time without undue exposure to liability & risk.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
As a minimum
- An LLB Degree
- A post graduate Diploma will be an added advantage and any other additional qualification is a plus
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
- At least three (3) years' experience working in a commercial environment or in a similar capacity.
- Good interpersonal 8, communication skills, A team player, able to work long hours under pressure and able to work with minimum supervision
- Rigorous, organized and Result oriented
