Human Resources Manager
The HR Manager would be based in Iringa and would be responsible for all human capital management functions for the Tanzania operations. This position provides the ideal opportunity for personal exposure to the functioning of a multi-national business where HR plays an integral role in the achievement of the business plan with its strategic objectives.
The successful candidate will meet the following requirements:Minimum of 2 years professional HR experience ●a relevant University degree is essential●sound knowledge of best practice HR policies, processes and initiatives ●expert knowledge of Tanzanian labour laws and practices ●solidexperience in managing recruitment ● excellent communication and negotiation skills ● the ability to design, develop, implement and follow through on all projects.
