Responsibilities:
• Receiving, handling and processing of all incoming and outgoing calls, appointments, register mails, left messages and distribute accordingly.
• Organizing correspondence and following up on pending matters with limited direction
• Promotes good customer image for the Bank and acts as a PR officer through friendly reception of visitors and customers
Qualifications and Experience.
• At least 1 year experience as a Receptionist
• Advanced Secondary education and Diploma in secretarial studies
• Exceptional computer literacy
• Highly developed organizational skills
