Position Description:

Reports to: Supply and Logistics Manager
Overall Role:
Assisting the Manager with effective receipts of products by oil marketing companies (OMCs)
Major Responsibilities:
Liaise with suppliers on payments by OMCs for the ordered/allocated parcels;
Determine late payment OMCs for each planned delivery schedule;
Liaise with OMCs and surveyor in order to determine efficient way of receiving products in respective identified terminals;
Collect comprehensive data on demurrage and ullage situation;
Design M&E plans and frameworks for the vessel performance and losses;
Develop relationship with OMCs, Suppliers, TPA, TRA, TBS, Surveyor, receiving terminals and Shipping agent;
Qualifications:
Degree in Logistics, Materials Management; Economics, Planning, or other relevant field;
At least three years' experience in logistics management, preferably in oil industry:
Sound knowledge of the shipping as well as customs procedures;
Good level of proficiency in Windows Excel and quantitative analysis;
Strong interpersonal skills and managerial capacity;
Exceptionally good in time management, flexible and agile;
CSP will be an added advantage;
