Assistant Supplies Officer / Storekeeper
REPORT TO:PROCUREMENT AND SUPPLIES MANAGER
Key Result Areas:
Proper implementation of store procedures and documentation for receiving, inspection, issuing and record keeping.
Good receiving and inspection; stock cards recording; material requisitioning and issuing; warehouse/ store keeping and security of materials. .
Conducting periodic inspections and stocktaking of materials
Maintaining proper record-keeping system for all stores/materials
Ensuring efficient, safe and economical storage of materials in warehouse/store
Perform other duties as assigned by senior staffs
Personal Specification, required academic qualification and experience
Holder of foundation certificate in material management issued by PSPTB and registered as supplies technician or above and at least Ordinary Diploma in Materials Management issued by a recognized institution.
At least 5 years of post qualification experience in stores management
Proficiency with computer application packages like Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Access and Power Point is essential.
Proven good track of record of integrity, innovativeness, hardworking and self confidence.
Ability to work under minimum supervision

Assistant Procurement Officer
REPORT TO:PROCUREMENT AND SUPPLIES MANAGER
Key Result Areas:
Preparation of the Annual procurement plan
Perform all duties pertaining to purchasing and stores management Perform annual stock taking and inventory
Oversee receipts, inspection, storage and distribution of materials
Maintaining proper record keeping system for all materials
Prepare tendering documents and implement Tender Board decisions
Prepare specifications bills of quantities and terms of reference prepared by the user department and providing timely guidance and feedback to users.
Preparation, administering and managing supply contracts
Comply with all professional Guidelines on procurement and disposal procedures and practices Perform other duties as assigned by senior staffs
Personal Specifications, required academic qualification and experience
Bachelor degree in procurement, logistics or supplies management or its equivalent qualification in the relevant field.
Registered by and PSPTB in the Approved category
A minimum of five (5)years working experience in procurement, logistics and store keeping

Senior Legal Officer
REPORT TO:EXECUTIVE SECRETARY
Main purpose of the Job:
The legal officer will perform tasks related to the provision of legal advisory services to CIDTF with a view of minimizing losses and avoiding unnecessary conflicts and at the same time enhancing efficient observance of legal provision within all levels of execution of day to day activities of the Fund.
Key result Areas
Advising the Fund Secretary and the Board on Legal Issues pertaining to the Funds operations.
Acquire land title for the Fund
Representation of CIDTF in all legal matters and arbitrations
Participate in preparing, administering and managing contracts
Take legal actions against any person engaged in acts of discourse with CIDTF
Carry out research on legal matters
Provide secretarial services to the Board
Personel Specifications, Required Academic Qualifications and Experiences
Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Law from a recognized institution
Admitted Advocate of the High Court of Tanzania
A minimum of five years (5) experience practicing law in a reputable firm or in a similar position in a reputable organization.

Organizing field travels and logistics for the Fund
Cleaning and Maintenance of office cars
Distributing and collecting official mails and other deliveries.

PERSONAL SPECIFICATIONS, REQUIREMENT:
Form Six leaver or Form Four with good passes in English and Kiswahili subjects
Valid driving license class C is a must.
Proficiency in spoken and written English and Kiswahili is essential.
At least five years driving experience in a reputable institution
Proven good track record of integrity, innovativeness, hardworking and self-confidence
Ability to work under minimum supervision
Ready to undertake field assignments
