Executive Head of Regional Sales & Distribution - CBU231

Role purpose:
Responsible for all the 8 regions, all HORs will be reporting directly to him/her, in addition to managing retail outlets and customer touch points

Key accountabilities and decision ownership
Developing and delivering strategic pillars for Sales & Distribution
Leading the entire regions to deliver on the budget targets
Leading the retail team to deliver on the budget targets
Delivering all sales & distribution targets (Mpesa, gross additions, Airtime sales)
Delivering device sales targets

Core competencies, knowledge and experience
Minimum of 5-7 Years’ experience in Sales & Distribution
Delivered success stories in some of the key accountabilities listed
Proven record of competitive performance

Key performance indicators:
No.1 in Airtime availability vs competition
No.1 in SIM starter pack availability vs competition
Deliver no.1 gross ads and Mpesa sales market share
Delivery Inflow budget revenue targets

Must have technical / professional/ qualifications:
Excellent leadership and influential skills
Excellent analytics skills
Strong commercial sense
Highly competitive
Bachelor’s degree in a business related course.
Master’s in Business Administration would be preferred additional qualification
