Advanced Diploma in Accounting, B.Com-Finance or its equivalent
3-5 years experience preferably in a non-profitable making organization
Previous experience in five operational areas of HR, P&L, Finance, Admin, and IT.
Good interpersonal skills and ability to work as an effective member of a complex team.
Fluent reading, writing, and speaking in both Kiswahili and English
Dedicate team player with ability to work as a part of a multidisciplinary team.

Excellent oral and written communication skills (English and Kiswahili); strong critical thinking, problems solving and attentiveness to detail.
