The Regional Manager Office –TANROADS – MANYARA on behalf of chief executive officer are seek to the qualified and competent with high integrity Tanzania citizen to fill the following vacant post on specification duties short- term contracts within the region

Successful applicant must ready to wok for considerable lengths of time away from their permanents within the region if situation warrants

POSITION TITLE Office Assistant

QUALIFICATIONS

NATIONAL FORM IV certificate

Computer literacy will be an added

Fluent in both Swahili and English

age limit no more than 45 years

certificate in record management will be an added advantage

must be a Tanzania citizen

RESPONSIBILITIES

Moving files and document as direct

Undertaking photocopy and binding of document as directed

Dispatch letter or parcel

Secure office doors and windows after working hours

Collect letter from post office

Ensure office equipment are kept in proper place

Salary shall be TANROADS salary scale 1.1
