QUALITY OFFICER/NETWORK

Summary Assists in the achievement of quality standards in the Network area Closing Date: Wednesday, March 18, 2015 Reports To:- Quality Manager/Network Duties   1. To Participate in the inspection of equipment, tools, and materials meant for projects and reports on their conformance or non-conformance to established quality standards 2. To Participate in Provisional Accepting Testing (PAT) during commissioning of projects and reports on the results 3. To Assist Quality Manager/Network in the design, review, training, and implementation of network processes 4. To Assist Quality Manager/Network in undertaking network quality audits and inspections in order to assess compliance to standards and processes, and recommends necessary corrective actions and measures for improvement 5. To Assist Quality Manager/Network in updating all key network documentation Qualifications • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualifications in Electrical, Electronics, or Telecommunications Engineering. Training in Quality Management will be an added advantage • At least two years of hands on experience in the Telecoms industry • Computer literate with ability to manage process mapping software • Excellent written and verbal communication, both in English and Kiswahili • Willingness to travel to all regions of Tanzania • Excellent presentation and training skills Package Competitive and attractive compensation and benefits package including medical and insurance cover will be offered to successful candidates
