FOLLOWING POSITION:
MANAGER, HUMAN RESOURCES
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES ..
Facilitating & coordinating all recruitment activities and Ensure Recruitment Tracking report
Designing new policies and Acting as a consultant to line Managers on the implementation of policies
Ensure good Compensation & Benefit practices in line with the market
Advice Managers on best practice in application of Performance evaluation,
Implements succession planning process to proactively fill Hospital vacancies.
Check position controls to ensure that all hiring is in accordance with budget & necessary approvals are 'taken
Ensure that HR functions are operating smoothly.
Conduct/ participate in staff compensation surveys and analyze findings to ascertain
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
4-8 years work experience at a management level
Master's in Human Resources or equivalent.
Well versed in HR systems and practices.
Proficient at use of related computer software packages
