Job Purpose |
The successful candidate will efficiently set up and then manage the office functions and associated administration supporting station management. This would also include infrastructure maintenance, purchasing and services supporting the operation. Handle correspondence and performing projects that could be of a confidential nature, which must be maintained at all times.

Responsibilities |
Your responsibilities shall include but not limited to:
Handle, respond to and/or distribute enquiries, phone calls, emails & correspondence as appropriate, keeping an accurate log & ensuring follow-up action is taken.
Coordinate and assist with the organization of conferences/meetings/training.
Devise, update & maintain the office filing system.
Maintain office supplies, e.g. stationery, marketing & promotional materials, giveaways etc., keeping a stock record & ordering replenishments to maintain stock levels.
Maintain administrative records for leave, absence and duty travel. Coordinates the airport security passes and car park passes.
HR support for staff; updating staff database ensuring confidentiality.
Prepare reports such as daily, weekly reports and controls the station petty cash; overseeing baggage claims and concluding the financial aspects.
Perform special projects.
Coordinates invoices with Finance, safe audit, Purchase Orders and monitors expense claims.
