1. To Assist in the formulation of policies and guidelines concerning the support functions, i.e. Finance, Corporate, and Human resources, and in the review of the existing ones
2. To oversee the implementation of approved Support policies and guidelines through quality audits
3. To Assist Quality Manager/support in the design, review, and implementation of Support processes
4. To undertake the training of staff on the approved processes so as to facilitate their effective implementation
5. To Assist Quality Manager/support in undertaking quality audits of the implementation of Support processes in order to assess compliance, and recommends corrective actions and measures for improvement
6. To Assist Quality Manager/Support in updating all key documentation concerning Support functions
