Principal Duties and Responsibilities
• Effect the installation and maintenance of systems to provide management with accurate and timely financial and operations records, information and advice to optimize management of costs and revenue
• Support the development, installation and audit of policies and procedures
to ensure compliance with statutory, STAMIGOLD requirements for
Accounting records and internal controls
• Disseminate information and monitor community feedback on government policies and scheme
Professional Qualifications and Experience
• Holder of degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Average of 3 years' post graduate accounting experience preferably in the
mining.
• Training and coaching skills to develop junior staff in the section.
• Strong commercial acumen
• Ability to communicate with excellent writing skills and facilitate meetings and presentations with senior management staff

• Computer literacy is essential

Principal Duties and Responsibilities
• Heads the Industrial Relations and Legal Unit;
• Vets contracts and agreements involving the Company and other parties 1 as well as providing consultancy and advisory services on legal aspects of mining including agreements negotiation and contract drafting;
• Ensures safe custody of legal documents e.g. contracts, title deeds and official seal;
• Reviews legal reports and' opinion on matters involving Company claims for presentation to the management
• Provides secretariat services to the Board of Directors and Management Meetings;
• Handling all Disciplinary matters and reviewing Company's Disciplinary
Codes of Conduct
• Represents the Corporation in the court of law
Professional Qualifications and Experience
• Holder of LLM degree who has worked as a lawyer and is registered with relevant professional body and also registered as a practicing advocate in
Tanzania.
• ,At least five years post qualification, with two years of which must be at senior level
• An experience in Mining Industry is an added advantage
• Computer literacy is essential;
• Ability to communicate in English and Swahili with excellent writing skills.
• Ability to supervise and direct professionals

4. JOB TITLE: MINE SURVEYOR

Reporting Line: Head of Surveyor Unit
Work Station: Biharamulo Mine Site
Contract Duration: 2 years

Principal Duties and Responsibilities
• Participate in Daily, Weekly and Monthly Planning Sessions with Mining
Operations Team.
• Perform setout surveys for construction of all mine workings and
infrastructure.
• Perform set out and pickup surveys for all geological exploration activities.
• Perform all survey tasks unsupervised using 'one man' robotic Total Station .
• Provide timely and accurate information for 'End of Period' reporting.
• Maintain an accurate and adequate Survey Control Network.
• Perform Leveling Traverses.
• Liaise with the Mine Geologists and Mining Engineers to provide optimal pit pick-ups and mark outs
Professional Qualifications and Experience
• Holder of a bachelor Degree qualification in Surveying.
• Intermediate skills in surveying field work and computations.
• Experience with conventional Surveying techniques, preferably with Trimble or
• GeodimeterTotal Stations
• Good communication, training and supervisory skills
• Mining experience of 2 years, preference for Open Cut
• Good Computer skills in the following packages:-

Principal Duties and Responsibilities
• Interact and participate with the Mining Contractor, who is responsible for conduct of site mining activities.
• Implement quality control practices and procedures, to ensure that resource recovery objectives are met
• Ensure that ore reserve and resource estimates are maintained to a high level of accuracy
• Implement the necessary programs and reporting functions that will facilitate timely reporting of costs and commitment forecasts
• Interact and participate with the Mine and Process Departments, to ensure sustained development of a Safe and Healthy Work Environment on the WOI
Mine Site and within the Communities of contact.
Professional Qualifications and Experience
• Holder of a BSc in Geology
• Seven years experiences as a Geologist, working in an exploration, open Pit
Mining and gold processing environment.
• Very Good Computer skills in the following packages :-
Vulcan, Datarnine, and/or other geological resource estimation and
Mine Planning Software Package,
MS Office software package, (Excel, Access, Word)
• Ability to maintain accurate records.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities
• Ensuring the continuing safe operation of the open pits, ,
• Ensuring compliance with, and updating of Mining Departmedt procedures and any other relevant statutory requirements.
• Weekly and Monthly Scheduling - Physicals and Financials,
• Data Entry in the Production Database and Production KPI Systems;
together with their maintenance and continuous development,
• Liaison with D&B, Planning, Geotechnical, Survey, Geology and Pit
Supervisors regarding pit development, scheduling and daily production requirements,
• Assisting with Waste Dump Design and Rehabilitation as well as Pit
Design and Optimization, Assisting with 3 monthly and 6 monthly Scheduling/Forecasts,

9.JOB TITLE; NURSE
Reporting Line: Mechanical Supervisor
Work Station: Biharamulo Mine Site
Contract Duration: 2 years

Principal Duties and Responsibilities
• Providing a high standard of care to all patients requiring clinical treatment.
• Provide management, counseling, care of patients and ensuring their documentations are accurate and appropriate.
• Assist in the medical evacuation of patients and referral to other centers which entails observing the patients' condition and rendering any nursing care that could be required during transit
• Assisting medical practitioners with certain procedures e.g. preparing instruments or procedure trays, visual examinations and in minor procedures.
• Assist promptly respond to any emergency call out 24 hrs a day and must be able to triage patients and provide pre hospital care to critical patients,
• Provide support to the ongoing training and awareness of the site in relation to everyday health issues as well as education associated with HIV/AIDS, malaria and chronic disease on-site.
• Contribute to ensuring that all hazards and associated risks in relation to industrial health are managed adequately' in line with Stamigold Biharamulo Mine (SBM) and legislative requirements.
• Performing clinical functions and reporting to the Medical Officer. Any clinical functions undertaken are recorded on the patient's file. The clinical functions are:
? Taking patient information e.g. medical histories, vital signs, intake and output.
? Applying dressings.
? Taking specimens from patients e.g. urine and blood.
? Giving medication to patients as prescribed.
? Performing occupational health tasks (Audiometry and Spirometry) to employees.
? Medical record keeping

10.JOB TITLE; DATABASE ADMINISTRATOR
Reporting Line: Chief Geologist
Work Station: Biharamulo Mine Site
Contract Duration: 2 years

Principal Duties and Responsibilities
• To construct a new 'geological database system for historical and new collected geological data
• To be responsible for the performance, integrity and security of a database will also.be involved in the planning "and development of the database as well as troubleshooting any issues on behalf of the users.
• Writing database documentation, including data standards, procedures and definitions for the data controlling access permissions and privileges;
• To work hand in hand with geologist/geo-technician to ensure grade control drilling data are validated and entered and Lab-assay are merged on time .
• To facilitate the quality control and quality assurance( QAlQC) system
• To train the geologists and data entry clerks the proper way of using database efficiently to ensure database integrity and security
• To construct the GIS database and produce maps for presentation, reports and geological interpretation.
Professional Qualifications and Experience
• Holder of a Bsc degree/advanced diploma/diploma/certificate in computer science or Information Technology or Bsc degree in geology specialized in GIS and database or Advanced diploma/diploma in geology and mining specialized in GIS and Database
• Two years Work experience as geological Database administrator.
• Advanced Microsoft Access and SQL user will added advantage
• Computer knowledge in geological mapping software (ArcGis/ Maplnfo) will be an added advantage.
• Must possess good organizational, Problem-solving and good analytical skills
• Familiar with the main data manipulation languages and the principles of database design;
• Ability to communicate in Swahili and English with excellent writing skills;
