TANGAZO LA NAFASI ZA KAZI


Sekretariati ya Ajira katika Utumishi wa Umma ni chombo ambacho kimeundwa kwa mujibu wa Sheria ya Utumishi wa Umma Na. 8 ya mwaka 2002 kama ilivyorekebishwa na Sheria Na. 18 ya mwaka 2007 kifungu 29(1). Kwa mujibu wa Sheria hiyo, chombo hiki, pamoja na kazi zingine kimepewa jukumu la kutangaza nafasi wazi za kazi zinazotokea katika Utumishi wa Umma kwa niaba ya Waajiri (Taasisi za Umma).

Katibu wa Sekretarieti ya Ajira Katika Utumishi wa Umma anakaribisha maombi kwa Watanzania wenye sifa na uwezo wa kujaza nafasi 80 za kazi kama zilivyorodheshwa katika tangazo hili.



1.1.1  MSAIDIZI WA HESABU (ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT) - NAFASI 10

1.2      MAJUKUMU YA KAZI
·         Kuandika na kutunza “register” zinazohusu shughuli za uhasibu.

·         Kuandika hati za malipo na hati za mapokezi ya fedha.

·         Kutunza majalada yenye kumbukumbu za hesabu

·         Kupeleka barua/nyaraka za uhasibu Benki.

·         Kufanya usuluhisho wa masurufu, karadha, Hesabu za Benki na Amana.

1.2.1  SIFA ZA MWOMBAJI

·         Kuajiriwa wenye Cheti cha ATEC level II au “Foundation Level” kinachotolewa na

NBAA

1.2.2     MSHAHARA

Kwa kuzingatia viwango vya Serikali yaani ngazi ya Mshahara TGS.B kwa mwezi

1.2.3     MKUFUNZI WA KILIMO MSAIDIZI (AGRICULTURAL TUTOR) – NAFASI 6

1.2.4     MAJUKUMU YA KAZI

·         Kuandaa mtiririko wa mpangilio wa masomo (lesson sequences and plans),
·         Kuandaa na kufundisha masomo ya kozi za astashahada,

·         Kusimamia masomo ya vitendo vya kozi za stashahada chini ya usimamizi wa mkufunzi mkuu wa somo,
·         Kuandaa na kupanga vifaa kwa ajili ya somo la vitendo kwa kozi stashahada,

·         Kuwapima wanachuo wakati wa mazoezi ya somo la vitendo kwa kozi za astashahada,

·         Kupima maendeleo ya wanachuo wa astashahada kwenye mitihani kwa kipindi chote kinachohusika na kutunza alama zao na

·         Kutekeleza shughuli nyingine za kikazi kadri atakavyopangiwa na Mkuu wake wa kazi.

·  Kuajiriwa wahitimu wa Kidato cha sita waliofuzu mafunzo ya Stashahada

(Diploma) ya Kilimo kutoka MATI au chuo kingine chochote kinachotambuliwa na

Serikali.

MSHAHARA

·         Kwa kuzingatia viwango vya Serikali yaani ngazi ya Mshahara TGS C Kwa mwezi.


1.2.7     FUNDI SANIFU DARAJA II – UTHAMINI NAFASI 3

1.2.8      MAJUKUMU YA KAZI

·         Ukadiriaji wa kodi za ardhi.

1.2.9  SIFA ZA MWOMBAJI

·    Kuajiriwa wenye Diploma ya kawaida katika fani ya Usimamizi Ardhi na Uthamini kutoka vyuo vinavyotambuliwa na Serikali na wenye uzoefu wa kazi kwa muda usiopungua miaka mitano.

1.2.10 MSHAHARA

·  Kwa kuzingatia ngazi za mishahara ya Serikali yaani TGS C kwa mwezi


1.2.11 FUNDI SANIFU DARAJA II - UPIMAJI NAFASI 3 1.2.12 MAJUKUMU YA KAZI

Sehemu ya Topographic and Geodetic Survey:

·         Kupanga na kuandaa mahitaji ya kambi za upimaji, vifaa vya upimaji na mahitaji ya jumla.

1.2.13 SIFA ZA MWOMBAJI

·    Kuajiriwa wenye Diploma ya kawaida katika fani ya Upimaji na Ramani, kutoka vyuo vinavyotambuliwa na Serikali na wenye uzoefu wa kazi kwa muda usiopungua miaka mitano.


1.2.14 MSHAHARA

·  Kwa kuzingatia ngazi za mishahara ya Serikali yaani TGS C kwa mwezi

1.2.15 MSAIDIZI WA UVUVI – NAFASI 6 1.2.16 MAJUKUMU YA KAZI

·         Kutoa huduma ya ugani kwa wavuvi ikiwa ni pamoja na matumizi sahihi ya zana za uvuvi na ukuzaji wa viumbe kwenye maji.

·         Kukusanya takwimu na kutunza kumbukumbu za uvuvi na ukuzaji wa viumbe kwenye maji na kutoa taarifa.

·         Kutoa ushauri kwa vikundi vya ulinzi wa rasilimali za uvuvi.

·         Kuhakiki usajili wa vyombo na matumizi ya zana za uvuvi na kutoa taarifa.

·         Kukagua leseni za uvuvi.


·         Kusimamia mafunzo kwa vitendo na,

·         Kufanya kazi nyingine atakazopangiwa na mkuu wa kitengo zinazohusiana na fani yake.

1.2.17 SIFA ZA MWOMBAJI

Kuajiriwa wahitimu wa kidato cha IV ambao wamepata mafunzo ya uvuvi ya muda wa miaka miwili na kutunukiwa Astashahada kutoka katika Chuo cha Uvuvi Nyegezi au chuo chochote kinachotambuliwa na Serikali.

·         Kwa kuzingatia viwango vya Serikali yaani ngazi ya Mshahara TGS.B kwa mwezi.


1.2.19  AFISA NDOROBO MSAIDIZI II (Tsetse Field Officer)- NAFASI 2

1.2.20  MAJUKUMU YA KAZI

·         Kufanya uchunguzi wa mbung’o na ndorobo katika eneo lake.

·         Kukusanya takwimu za mbung’o na ndorobo.

·         Kutayarisha ramani za usambaaji wa mbung’o na ndorobo katika eneo lake.

·         Kupanga shughuli za uzuiaji mbung’o na ndorobo katika eneo lake.

·         Kuandaa taarifa za mwezi, nusu na mwaka za uzuiaji wa mbung’o na ndorobo.

·         Kutoa elimu ya mbinu za uzuiaji wa mbung’o na ndorobo kwa wanavijiji.

·         Kusimamia shughuli zote za uzuiaji mbung’o na ndorobo katika eneo lake.

·         Kuhamasisha utumiaji wa mbinu salama za uzuiaji wa mbung’o na ndorobo kwa kuzingatia kanuni ya hifadhi ya mazingira.

·         Kufuatilia taarifa za awali za kuwepo kwa matukio ya ndorobo (nagana na malale).

·         Atafanya kazi nyingine zozote za fani yake itakavyoelekezwa na mkuu wake wa

kazi.

1.2.21 SIFA ZA MWOMBAJI

Kuajiriwa wahitimu wa kidato cha VI wenye Stashahada katika fani ya Ndorobo na Malisho kutoka chuo cha Mifugo (MATI au LITI) au chuo kingine kinachotambuliwa na Serikali.

1.2.22 MSHAHARA


·         Kwa kuzingatia viwango vya Serikali yaani ngazi ya Mshahara TGS.C kwa mwezi



1.2.23  AFISA USAJILI MSAIDIZI DARAJA LA II (REGISTRATION ASSISTANT II)-NAFASI 1

1.2.24  MAJUKUMU YA KAZI

·         Kupokea na kuingiza kumbukumbu za hati katika kompyuta

·         Kufungua majalada ya hati mpya

·         Kupokea maombi na kutayarisha taarifa za uchunguzi wa hati( search report)

·         Kufunga hati zilizokamilika (binding)  na kuziwasilisha masjala

1.2.25 SIFA ZA MWOMBAJI

·    Kuajiriwa wenye astashahada ya Sheria (certificate in law), cheti cha Uthamini na Usimamizi wa Ardhi kutoka vyuo vinavyotambuliwa na Serikali.

1.2.26 MSHAHARA

·  Kwa kuzingatia viwango vya Serikali yaani ngazi ya Mshahara TGS.C kwa mwezi



1.2.27 DEREVA DARAJA LA II (DRIVER II) – NAFASI 25 1.2.28 MAJUKUMU YA KAZI

·         Kuendesha magari ya abiria, magari madogo na malori

·         Kuhakikisha gari na vyombo vyake vipo katika hali nzuri wakati wote, na kufanya uchunguzi wa gari kabla na baada ya safari ili kugundua ubovu unaohitaji matengenezo,

·         Kufanya matengenezo madogo madogo katika gari,

·         Kutunza na kuandika daftari la safari “Log-book” kwa safari zote.

1.2.29 SIFA ZA MWOMBAJI

·    Kuajiriwa wenye Cheti cha Mtihani wa Kidato cha IV, Wenye Leseni daraja la “C” ya uendeshaji pamoja na uzoefu wa kuendesha magari kwa muda usiopungua miaka mitatu bila kusababisha ajali na wenye Cheti cha Majaribio ya ufundi Daraja la II.

1.2.30 MSHAHARA

·         Kwa kuzingatia viwango vya Serikali ngazi ya Mshahara TGOS.A kwa mwezi.



1.2.31 MLINZI (SECURITY GUARD) – NAFASI 16


1.2.32 MAJUKUMU YA KAZI

·         Kuhakikisha kwamba mali yoyote ya ofisi inayotolewa langoni (nje ya ofisi) ina hati ya idhini.

·         Kuhahikisha kuwa mali yote inayoingizwa langoni inazo hati za uhalali wake.

·         Kulinda usalama wa majengo, ofisi na mali za ofisi mchana na usiku.

·         Kuhakikisha kwamba milango na madirisha yote yamefungwa ipasavyo mwisho wa saa za kazi.

·         Kuhakikisha kwamba wageni wote wanaoingia katika eneo la ofisi wana idhini ya kufanya hivyo.

·         Kupambana na majanga yoyote yatakayotokea katika sehemu ya kazi kama vile, moto, mafuriko n.k na kutoa taarifa katika vyombo vinavyohusika kama vile, moto, mafuriko n.k na kutoa taarifa katika vyombo vinavyohusika.

·         Kutoa ushauri wa jinsi ya kuboresha huduma ya ulinzi mahali pa kazi.

1.2.33 SIFA ZA MWOMBAJI

·    Kuajiriwa wahitimu wa Kidato cha Nne waliofuzu mafunzo ya mgambo/polisi/JKT au Mafunzo ya Zimamoto kutoka katika chuo kinachotambuliwa na Serikali.

1.2.34 MSHAHARA

Kwa kuzingatia viwango vya Serikali ngazi ya mshahara TGOS.A kwa mwezi.

1.2.35  MSAIDIZI WA OFISI (OFFICE ASSISTANT) – NAFASI 8

1.2.36  MAJUKUMU YA KAZI

·         Kufanya usafi wa ofisi na mazingira ya nje na ndani ikiwa ni pamoja na kufagia, kufuta vumbi, kupiga deki, kukata majani, kupalilia bustani, kumwagilia maji bustani, kupanda maua au miti na kusafisha vyoo.

·         Kuchukua na kupeleka majalada na hati nyingine kwa maofsa waoaohusika na kuyarudisha sehemu zinazohusika.

·         Kusambaza barua za Ofisi kama jinsi atakavyoelekezwa.

·         Kutayarisha chai ya ofisi.

·         Kupeleka mfuko wa posta na kuchukua barua kutoka Posta.

·         Kuhakikisha kwamba vifaa vya ofisi vinaweka sehemu zinazostahili.

·         Kufungua Milango na Madirisha ya Ofisi wakati wa Asubuhi na Jioni kuyafunga baada ya Saa za Kazi.

·         Kudurufu barua au machapisho kwenye mashine za kudurufia.

·         Kuweka katika majalada nakala za barua zilizochapwa katika ofisi walizomo.

·         Kutunza vifaa vya ofisi na kutoa ripoti kila vinapoharibika.


1.2.37 SIFA ZA MWOMBAJI

·    Kuajiriwa wahitimu wa kidato cha nne waliofaulu vizuri katika masomo ya Kiingereza, Kiswahili na Hisabati.

1.2.38 MSHAHARA

·         Kwa kuzingatia viwango vya Serikali ngazi ya Mshahara TGOS.A kwa mwezi.


NB: MASHARITI YA JUMLA KWA KAZI ZOTE.

i.       Waombaji wote wawe ni Raia wa Tanzania na wenye umri usiozidi miaka 45

ii.       Waombaji wote waambatishe cheti cha kuzaliwa.

iii.      Waombaji ambao tayari ni watumishi wa Umma na wamejipatia sifa za kuingilia katika kada tofauti na walizonazo, wapitishe barua zao za maombi ya nafasi za kazi kwa waajiri wao na Waajiri wajiridhishe ipasavyo.

iv.       Nafasi ya kazi inayoombwa iandikwe juu ya bahasha, kutozingatiwa hili kutasababisha maombi ya kazi kuwa batili.

v.       Waombaji waambatishe maelezo binafsi yanayojitosheleza (Detailed C.V) yenye anwani na namba za simu za kuaminika pamoja na majina ya wadhamini (referees) watatu wa kuaminika.



vi.       Maombi yote yaambatane na vyeti vya taaluma, maelezo, nakala za vyeti vya kidato cha nne na kidato cha sita kwa wale waliofikia kiwango hicho na vyeti vya kuhitimu mafunzo mbalimbali kwa kuzingatia sifa za kazi husika. Viambatanisho hivyo vibanwe sawa sawa kuondoa uwezekano wa kudondoka au kupotea.

-       Postgraduate/Degree/Advanced Diploma/Diploma/Certificates.

-       Cheti cha mtihani wa kidato cha IV na VI

-       Computer Certificate

-       Vyeti vya kitaaluma (Professional certificates from respective boards)

-       Picha moja “Passport size” ya hivi karibuni iandikwe jina kwa nyuma.

vii.      Testmonials”, “Provisional Results”, “Statement of results”, hati matokeo za kidato cha nne na sita (FORM IV AND FORM VI RESULTS SLIPS) HAVITAKUBALIWA.

viii.      Waombaji waliosoma nje ya Tanzania wahakikishe vyeti vyao vimehakikiwa na kuidhinishwa na Mamlaka husika (TCU na NECTA).

ix.       Waombaji waliostaafishwa katika Utumishi wa Umma hawaruhusiwi kuomba isipokuwa kama wanakibali cha Katibu Mkuu Kiongozi.

x.       Waombaji kazi ambao tayari ni waajiriwa katika nafasi za kuingilia walioko katika Utumishi wa umma wasiombe na wanatakiwa kuzingatia maelekezo yaliyo katika Waraka Na CAC. 45/257/01/D/140 wa tarehe 30 Novemba 2010.

xi.       Uwasilishaji wa taarifa na sifa za kugushi wahusika watachukuliwa hatua za kisheria.

xii.       Mwisho wa kupokea barua za maombi ni tarehe 21 Machi, 2015

xiii.      Aidha, uwasilishaji wa barua kwa mkono katika ofisi za Sekretarieti ya ajira HAURUHUSIWI.

xiv.       Maombi yanaweza kuandikwa kwa Lugha ya Kiswahili au Kiingereza na yatumwe kupitia posta kwa anuani ifuatayo.
