To provide a pro-active, effective and business focused Human Resources solutions to hotels of the area of responsibility, in line with the Company & Regional HR strategy, policies and procedures . Ensures fulfilment of the hotel’s labour obligations in personnel management according to the policies and procedures set by Meliá Hotels International and current regulations, in order to contribute to the achievement of financial, quality, work ambience, employee development and operational objectives of the hotel. Ensure the correct implementation of the Human Resources policies and tools.
Minimum 2 years’ experience as HR Manager or similar positions.
Degree in Hospitality/ Tourism, Labor Relations, Psychology or Law.
Knowledge of Office (Excel, Word, Power Point,...).
Initiative, good organization and communication skills, capacity of influence and development of commitment and talent.
Knowledge of the HR tools.
High level of English. Valuable Spanish knowledge
