The Southern Agricultural Growth Corridor (SAGCOT) is an international public private partnership that aims to transform agricultural in Tanzania’s Southern Corridor.Partners include local and international companies, farmers, development partners, Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) and the Tanzanian Government. By 2030, the partnership aims to attract USD 3.2 billion of investments, transforming 350,000 hectares of arable land into profitable production and lifting 10,000 small scale farmers into commercial farming to the Southern Corridor.

SAGCOT Centre Ltd is currently looking for:
1. Consultancy Assignment: Integrated Management Information and CRM Set up and one year maintenance
Duration: Three Months and one year of maintenance
Qualifications & Experience: The consultancy firm/team is expected to have sufficient resources and experience that demonstrates the appropriate mix of skills required for this assignment. The team should be able to showcase the following characteristics:

- At least 10 years of programming and/or IT projects coordination experience, reporting, monitoring and data management;
- Familiarity with filing system requirements for multi-donor and government funded projects;
- Familiarity with the establishments of CRM databases, specifically in high pace, customer driven, service environments;
- Experience in website design and the establishment;
- Experience providing business process design support and documentation/reporting; and
- Advanced technical software skills including MS Excel, Word, Access, SharePoint, Crystal Reports, Survey Monkey, Internet Explorer, Java and other web language.
2. Consultancy Assignment: Cluster Selection, Prioritization and Planning
Duration: 6 months and above
Qualifications & Experience: The successful consulting firm for this project will have the experience and track record detailed below:

- An internationally recognized consultancy firm, with at least 10 years of experience in offering quality and specialized government and business consultancy products and services.
- Experience in supporting agribusiness companies develop and implement international expansion strategies, adopt inclusive and green growth business models and technologies, and implement local sourcing strategies and value chain initiatives
- Experience of working with public sector organizations planning physical infrastructure projects, agricultural sector support policies, business support and policy advocacy actions
- Experience of working in sub-Saharan Africa. Specific experience of Tanzania and working in the Southern Corridor would be an added advantage
It is expected that the consulting firm will be able to draw on a mixed international and local team of experts with knowledge of key agribusiness sectors and Tanzanian conditions and the combined skill sets that enable delivery of the requirements detailed in the Terms of Reference.
3. Consultancy Assignment: Auditing Services
Duration: Three weeks
Criteria for Selection
The Audit firm should be an international firm or have an affiliation with an International Audit firm. The evaluation of each response to this RFP will be based on the requirements set out in Terms of Reference and items below. At the sole discretion of SAGCOT Centre Limited, the top proposals may be selected for follow-up questions or to provide an oral presentation.
The following weighting and points will be assigned to the proposal for evaluation purposes: score should be on a scale of 1-5, 5 being the highest score.
