We are looking forward to hire an intern who will design and establish
a quality assurance system to ensure that Sikika’s publications suit their
purpose and ensure implementation of the agreed standards.
Title: Quality
Assurance Volunteer
Reports to: M&E
Officer
Objective: Ensuring all produced reports and publications meet both local &
international quality standards.
Responsibilities:
•
Lead the
development of quality standards for publications.
• Establish a quality assurance system in
collaboration with a quality assurance team.
•
Develop research methodology guidelines.
•
Coach and
assist staff in critical writing skills and presentation
• Control the quality of organizational
reports and documents to ensure they meet corporate quality standards.
• Monitor and
evaluate the progress of quality improvement against standards and targets.
Required Qualifications
Education
Bachelor Degree or more in any social
science discipline.
Key Skills and Abilities
The volunteer must be fluent in both oral and written English, possess
excellent skills in argumentative writing, research, coaching and have
experience in analyzing written works to improve their quality.
Remuneration
Sikika will offer an allowance to cover for expenses relating
to the engagement such as transport and meals, accommodation.
