Assistant Internal Auditor
Assisting with the review and audit of compliance with
policies, plans, procedures, laws, and regulation;
Assisting with the review and audit of the accomplishment
of established objectives and goals for operations
Assisting external auditors as required;
Drafting of reports as necessary
Any other related duties as assigned.
3 years of previous audit experience
Relevant Bachelors and Masters degree
Assistant Risk/ Credit Control Manager
Chasing debt and reducing debtor days.
Allocating payments in accordance with customer
remittances.
Ensuring that all major accounts work to agreed order to
cash cycle.
Daily and month end reporting and account reconciliations.
Investigating and resolving queries relating to non payment
of invoices.
3 years of relevant experience
Leadership experience
Relevant Bachelors and Masters degree
Deputy Retail Head
To grow CASA for the bank.
To grow the Fee income for the bank.
Increase the non – interest income
Increase the Retail Lending income
Set up KPI’s and SOP’s
Hire, train, motivate, track and manage performance
Minimum of 10 yrs of experience as Retail head,
Sales Head or a regional head of a bank
Masters in Business or Marketing preferred.
Brand/Marketing Manager
Researching and evaluating new product opportunities
Overall marketing strategy and execution of plans
Working with product development teams.
Managing launch campaigns
Managing distribution channels
Ensuring effective, branded marketing.
Managing media and marketing staff Analysis of the
effectiveness of all marketing efforts.
Minimum of 5 yrs experience as Marketing
manager of large/mid-sized company preferably
in a bank
Bachelors Degree in Marketing or a related field
required or Masters in Business or Marketing
preferred.
Product Manager
Manage in-life product performance:.
Identify and present innovative and creative product
solutions.
Project management of all product integration/launches/
changes throughout implementation.
Lead the development, approval, training, and
communication of new products.
Develop & conduct specialized training on new products
Minimum experience of 5-8 yrs with at least 2-5
years a product head/product manager in a bank
at Tanzania
Will be owning all product related activities for
all retail liabilities (CASAFD. Salary accounts) and
assets (PL, HL, VL)
Bachelors degree in business, marketing,
engineering, science;
Experience in product development, strategic
planning, and implementation preferred.
