1. Marketing: UnR Executive

Role

With close supervision of the U&R Manager, you are responsible for conceptualize & articulate the CLM approach for voice and non-voice. Work in close conjunction with the local marketing and CSD teams to ensure that voice and non-voice incremental revenue is delivered. Define, implement & monitor the campaign calendar and provide pre/post trends analysis and identify possible campaign enhancements. Develop new U&R Lead generation, analytics and programs. Ensure the implementation of the relevant performance reports for all products. Any other duties as assigned by Line Manager.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
  • Post-graduate qualification (e.g. CIM), an MBA would be an added advantage.
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
  • Minimum of 3 years of management experience and 3-5years' experience in a marketing position, with a focus on product development.
  • Experience of Telecommunications Industry or FMCG marketing environment& able to operate in a performance driven organization
  • Affinity and technical knowledge of the latest technologies and services used within the industry and affiliated industries
  • Customer focused & interpersonal skills / Business awareness /Strong analytical & strategic skills / Knowledge of English and/or French oral & written.
2. M Commerce: Airtel Money (AM) Corporate Executive

Role

With close supervision of AM Corporate Manager, you are responsible to acquire, recruit and nurture AM partner segment of ( bill payment, bulk, business to business and advanced services) with a view to maximize AM revenue. Implement marketing & promotion of Airtel products campaigns to achieve set targets for both revenue and partners accounts. Identify AM partner needs and deliver tailor made solutions. Lead the set up process for newly acquired partner accounts. Maintain optimal customer satisfaction. Engagement and reporting on key parameters within the segment. Any other duty assigned by the Line Manager.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field (Business Management, Marketing or any other related field).
  • Experience in electronic transactions or any other related field would be an added value.
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
  • Exposure to mobile money transfer. services, rates, tariffs, regulations, service level agreements, retail & corporate agreements and contracts preferably come from a Big 5 telecommunications/banking (with electronic banking as an added advantage)/ consulting.
  • Significant experience and exposure with customer care.
  • Strong experience and exposure with mobile money transfer processes, procedures and systems.
  • Customer focused & interpersonal skills / Business awareness /Strong analytical & strategic skills / Knowledge of English and/or French oral & written.
3. M-Commerce: Airtel Money (AM) Operations Executive

Role

With close supervision of AM Operations Manager, you are in charge to develop SLAs with shared services sections, to ensure adherence to the set standards and to track & monitor performance of shared services sections to ensure targets are met. To oversee integration and implementation of products and services for mobile commerce. To ensure efficient and effective delivery of mobile commerce operation as well as to deliver the set goals for back office administration of the retail trade and business partners
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelors in Project Management, Marketing or Computer Science. Post graduate (optional)
  • Master's in Business Administration would be preferred additional qualification
 RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
  • 2 years' experience in Operations, System Administration or Computer Science.
  • Strong experience and exposure with mobile money transfer processes, procedures and systems.
  • Business awareness /Strong analytical & strategic skills / Knowledge of English and/ oral & written (French additional)
  • Ability to innovate and deliver value to business at multiple levels
  • Ability to manage outsourcing partners to deliver business solutions
4. Finance: Revenue Assurance & Fraud Management

Role

Perform and manage all internal controls for Fraud to ensure mitigation of fraud loss, financial exposure, errors and omissions. Institutionalize best in class Fraud mitigation processes in line with Group RAFM Governance Guidelines to achieve high levels of compliance, cash benefits by mitigating fraud risks through effective implementation of control environment and thus closing various loop holes detected, identifying and closing ongoing frauds. Detect, report, close and take proactive steps to prevent further occurrence of issues by closely liaising with CFT strictly in a time-bound manner. Main Responsibilities and Duties: FMS and Fraud Compliance Universe adherence. Rollout Group wide initiatives & Project management for major system launches to do comprehensive risk analysis and ensure First Time Right. Contribute to Cash Benefits for the business, develop RA team Knowledge Base, provide weekly/monthly reports & compliance submission in a timely manner, as well as report on all fraud loss incidents to management. Any other duties as assigned by Line Manager.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, preferably with a major in Finance, Economics, Accounting,
  • IT and/or other related job experience
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
  • 3-5 years financial, operational, and information technology experience with a telecommunications service provider, preferably in a GSM or financial services environment
  • Significant experience and exposure to mobile money transfer, services, rates, tariffs, regulations, service level agreements, and retail and corporate agreements and contracts preferably come from a Big 5 telecommunications/banking (with electronic banking as an added advantage)/ consulting/edp audit background.
  • Significant experience and exposure with customer care, usage processing and billing processes, systems and interfaces
  • Strong experience and exposure with mobile money transfer billing processes, procedures and systems
  • Strong understanding of data analysis, auditing and reconciliation methods and procedures
  • Hands-on Project management skills, any SQL or Oracle experience helpful
