About the Program 

The purpose of this program is to introduce young professionals to the world of Oil business and eq them with necessary foundational skills needed for excellent performance in various roles within Organisation. While learning, participants are expected to adequately perform in various assignments given to them and they will be continuously assessed. The program is expected to run over six to nine months, in which case candidates shall be give opportunity to perform assigned tasks and receive coaching, while progress will be continual monitored and assessed. Upon successful progress and completion of the program, participants a expected to be placed on permanent roles, subject to organizational requirements. 

Requirements: Interested candidates must meet the below requirements Be a recent graduate, i.e 2013/2014, at degree level, preferably from Business studies Engineering. Graduates from previous years shall not be considered Excellent academic performance of at least an upper second, with a minimum GPA of 3.5 Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills Fluent in English Aggressive and results oriented Demonstrate willingness, agility and commitment to learn and succeed Demonstrate analytical and problem solving ability Excellent Computer application skills esp Ms office packages -excel, word, PowerPoint Demonstrate general business acumen
