SALES AND ADMINISTRATION OFFICER

To be responsible for sales, product awareness, and customer satisfaction

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Meeting or exceeding sales goals
Attend requested training sessions and conference calls
Communicating effectively with customers and prospects, directing customers to product information resources, and Identifying and contacting new sales prospects among others.
Responsible for describing a product’s features, demonstrating its use, or showing various models and colors of the company
Ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty by handling a variety of customer requests, inquiries and complaints regarding sales, sales orders, and billing and service.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

JOB QUALIFICATIONS
candidates should have a High School certificate (additional Diploma in sales &marketing will be of advantage.
General knowledge of computer operation
strong interpersonal and multi-tasking skills
High energy, enthusiasm, and motivated character required
Candidates must be flexible with work schedule.
candidate MUST speak fluent English in order to qualify
