Business Operation Centre Manager

Role Purpose JOB PURPOSE Analyse, design and implement the Business Operation Centre in Tigo HQ and other regions. Support the market mobile, distribution, sales, corporate and customer operation teams in the provision of KPIs to improve proactivity and visibility. Key Responsibilities CORE RESPONSIBILITIES • Comply with Company policy and SOX controls associated with the Market Mobile • Manage the BOC team and ensure objectives set for them are accomplished • Liaise with market mobile manager and other managers in collection, implementation and monitoring of the departmental KPIs • Contributes to Tigo’s network(s) in own area of expertise • Sharing the features of the BOC across departments and ensure complete understanding of scope and benefits • Identify opportunities of improvement in business processes across departments • Identify opportunities of improvement in terms of visibility of the information across different channels Position Requirements QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE • Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics or Engineering • Masters’ degree is a plus: Business Administration, Finance, Commercial ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE • 3 -5 years’ experience in business intelligence, commercial analysis or business information at a senior level CORE COMPETENCIES • Strong financial & data modelling abilities • Strong sense of innovation • Time management skills • Networking skills • Problem solving skills • Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of cultures in a diverse community • Passionate about their work • Ability to work collaboratively with management teams and to be seen as a valuable expert resource to be sought out • Exceptional time management and organizational skills required APPLY
