Position: Field Sales Men
Reports to the: Field Sales Supervisor
Duty Station: Dar es Salaam and other major cities in Tanzania
including, Arusha, Mwanza, Dodoma, Mbeya and Tanga Duties and responsibilities
• Field sales men are responsible for selling products, services and solutions to clients within a specified geographic area
• To travel to prospect locations to establish leads, introduce products and maintain the relationship of an existing customer account
• To ensure customer satisfaction by assisting with training and managing the relationship of the client with the company
• To manage sales-productivity software tools to effectively tracks your selling activities, manage contact information for sales prospects and existing clients, and schedule visits or meetings with clients within your sales Area
• To maintain a regular calling or contact schedule with companies to identify more leads or resolve any problems that arise in existing client accounts.
Education, Skills and Experience; Ideal candidate will be a holder of Diploma or Certificate in Marketing and Sales or Business Administration. Must be fluent in both English and Kiswahili, Excellent public speaking skills and high convincing power will be an added advantage. He will have one (1) years’ experience in sales in either of food/beverage/consumer products, cellphone and cellphone accessories industry. Personal knowledge of locations of major markets and trading areas, also selling skills
