Role Purpose
Responsible for full Project Management under entertainment category. This includes proper project management, delivery according to the plans & coordinating the efforts of team members & other departments
Key Responsibilities
• Consolidate local plan of projects , ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately
• Negotiate priorities and resources with local operation in order to assure plan accomplishment
• Evaluate and report projects performance KPIs to the responsible departmental heads
• Lead, manage and coordinate multiple complex projects as well as report accomplishments to the required authorities.
• Creates and executes project work plans and revised as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
• Effectively applies a standard methodology for all projects and enforces project standards and review deliverables prepared by the team.
• Support Procurement/Contract Management to resolve conflicts between Company and suppliers.
Position Requirements
•1-3 years of proven project management experience. • University degree in marketing/engineering/ business administration or related areas. • PMP certification is highly appreciated. • MBA or Master in Science is desired. • Experience with any other telecom or large advertising agency is a plus. • Proficiency with the MS Office Suite including Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Project and Visio
Commercial Activity Coordinator
Role Purpose
Execution of massive and segmented offer for all products in Commercial Categories. This includes Regional Coordination of commercial field initiatives, Regional analysis of consumer behaviour and competitor’s actions with focus on field activities. Get involved in defining the Regional pricing strategies and revenue management actions that maximize revenues, gross margin and market share. Implement Product knowledge to all Regional Customer touch points, under the supervision of the Product Delivery Manager and close collaboration with Regional Go to Market, Regional Marketing Services and Regional Customer touch points.
Key Responsibilities
1.Implementation of massive and segmented Regional Commercial field execution initiatives under the supervision of Product Delivery Manager and collaboration with Regional Marketing Services,Go to Market & Customer Operations. 2.Implement and manage product knowledge processes to successfully enable Regional Customer touch points with fully knowledge of our services and products 3.Ensure the Regional Commercial field execution plans are met objectively 4.Participate directly in reviewing of the Regional ATL communication from Marketing Services before they are deployed 5.Regional report products performance: gross margin, pricing elasticity, penetration, ARPU and Churn variances, impact on revenues 6.Ensure the Regional commercial executions are aligned to meet Departmental and Company objectives in terms of Revenue and Acquisition 7.Provide support on pre-launch testing in your Region as advised by the Product Delivery Manager 8.Ensure fully participation in the Regional product conceptual process via sharing the customer feedback found during the weekly field visits from your Region 9.Ensure relevant product/service knowledge visibility at the Regional market and all our customer touch points, at any point in time
Position Requirements
•2 + years of proven analytical and product management experience. •Proven training skills •Managerial experience in medium to large size organizations. •Proficiency with the MS Office Suite including Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Project and Visio. •University degree in technology / engineering / business administration or related area, MBA is desired.
Telco Architect
Role Purpose
To develop and to ensure on-time implementation of the IN & VAS Projects supporting the commercial strategy while making sure that the IN & VAS projects plans are developed on a "cost to benefit" analysis. To perform acceptance tests and integration activities in case of new node/feature
Key Responsibilities
1.Proactively coordinating IN/VAS projects and acting as central point of contact for the project team including; the suppliers (vendor) and the relevant internal Stakeholders.
2.Actively managing IN/VAS projects while ensuring that projects are delivered within the agreed time lines
3.Creating, writing and coordinating accurate and timely reports to the relevant parties either pre or within and or post IN/VAS projects implementation.
4.Ensure that System Performance Evaluation is carried out for the commissioned and launched projects before Final Acceptance.
5.Ensuring that quality is maintained for IN and VAS projects
6.Identifying and developing new prospects and projects to ensure that IN/VAS platforms are operating within the required thresholds.
7.Foresee required IN/VAS platforms expansions and timely plan for Capital Budgeting, CAR preparation and participate in Investment justification
8.Develop Technical specifications and requirements for IN/VAS projects and platforms
9.Translating commercial requiement into technical resources requirement and prepare Technical Scopes within for engineering excellence
Position Requirements
• Bachelor of Computer Science, Electronics or Telecommunications Engineering. • A minimum of 3 - 5 years’ experience managing IN & VAS projects.
