The Curriculum Strategy Leader is responsible for the architecture of the leadership learning curriculum portfolio and integration of organizational capability needs and voice of customer.
Lead the leadership learning curriculum architecture and integration of various leadership skills & experience courses & programs
Evolve the current leadership capabilities framework to include future leadership needs of the company; recommend curriculum additions, enhancements and deletions, including learning continuums
Partner & synthesize inputs from myriad of sources – talent development, Crotonville sr. Leaders, Business/Region leaders, other voice of customers to help shape GE’s Leadership Curriculum Strategy and lead prioritization of annual content development efforts
Partner with Sr. Leader Design & Technology COE & Curriculum Leaders to help shape and implement annual R&D strategy, including strategy for academic partnerships and external thought leaders
Lead annual internal process for Crotonville Organization to drive innovation and generate ideas for curriculum enhancements
Drive communication messaging and reference tools to market curriculum offerings to employees, managers and HR
Perform internal and external benchmarking of LD best practices and thought leadership to continuously improve LD Architecture and portfolio of learning solutions
Partner with Operations Team to provide a regular reporting rhythm for conveying key metrics on curriculum usage, quality and effectiveness, including participant survey data; partner with curriculum leaders to prioritize curriculum changes and enhancements
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree (preferably in LD, ID, OD, Adult Learning, Education, HR or Business Management) with experience in translating business needs into learning solutions
Minimum 7 years of experience learning design, delivery, curriculum management and learning program managementEligibility Requirements:

Working knowledge of contemporary instructional design and development methodologies (the ADDIE model preferred), Training Facilitation to Adult Audiences (Adult Learning Theory preferred),Training Evaluation (the Four Levels of Evaluation preferred)
Personal presence, program knowledge and communication skills to work with business leaders, and a broad range of LD roles and experiences
Proven strategic thinking skills and ability to analyze needs and develop and implement a strategy
Highly creative problem solving skills, coupled with exceptional process and project management and execution skills
Able to handle multiple priorities; initiate, lead and manage change
Demonstrated experience managing P&L budgets and financials
Proven ability to work in a multi-cultural/global environment
Strong demonstrated writing, facilitation, and verbal communication skills, articulating complex ideas in an easy to understand manner to all levels of the organization
Demonstrated leadership and teamwork skills; able to lead global virtual projects
Proven influencing skills in a challenging, matrixed environment and at executive levels
Computer proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
Master’s Degree in a related field (MBA, LD, Learning/Education, HR, Organization Development)
Learning and Development diagnostic skills/needs analysis experience.
In depth knowledge of, past participation in, and/or faculty certification in GE Leadership Learning curriculum programs
