International House London is looking to appoint a Head of eLearning who will be responsible for designing and developing new e-learning and blended learning courses and upgrading existing products.
Reporting to the CEO, you will devise an integrated strategy for new and existing e-learning products. This will include promoting the use of e-learning software used by students while studying on-site and during the pre and post-course periods.
You will manage the development of e-learning and blended learning projects, including: creating project plans; reporting on progress, managing budgets, and product promotion. You will also develop user documentation, test and review new and existing products, monitor the usage of e-learning products and report on trends. You will be responsible for programme quality and relevance to current market demands.
The post-holder will also have management responsibility for a team of up to six people, with three direct reports.
Salary: £42,000 - £47,000 (depending on experience), plus 7% pension contribution
Leave entitlement: 30 days per annum, plus 8 public holidays
