Finance - Administration:
- Leadership for finance, accounting, and reporting;
- Budgetary control and review of budgets and financial reports;
- Design appropriate workflow systems, procedures and process that ensure efficiency, accountability and effectiveness;
- Knowledge of the procurement process;
- Project management expertise;
- Knowledge of USAID rules and regulations;
- BS/BA in Accounting or Finance or related field, and 7 - 9 years combined experience in accounting/budgeting management.
