Qualifications:
Bachelors degree majoring in Human Resources, public administration, local government, sociology, or health sciences of at least upper second class (3.5 GPA) from University recognized by TCU.
Area of Specialization:
• Human Resource Management (2 Posts)
• Local Government Management (1 Post)
• Health Systems Management (1 Post)
Duties:
This is a trainee position towards academic career in teaching, research, publication and extension services.

Not more than 30 years of age
