As Livelihoods Programme Quality Director you will provide strategic leadership that influences the quality and impact of World Vision’s livelihoods programme portfolio globally, ensuring National Office programmes implement the highest quality evidence based practice. This will entail the leadership and quality control of key evidence based intervention packages, project models and impact measures in alignment with the WV Partnership strategy for Livelihoods. You will also provide strategic leadership to the evidence building processes and partnerships required to build a culture and practice of learning and innovation in programme DME. In addition, you will direct the development of strategic guidance to National Offices (NOs) on the integration of Livelihoods programmes into National Strategies, Technical Approaches/Programmes.
