matters;

Participating in curricula development;
·
Participating in developing and managing
of various University projects;

Designing and developing research
proposals;

Undertaking research and publishing

Writing teaching manuals, and compendia;

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Conducting lectures and practicals for
undergraduate programmes and assisting senior staff in lecturers and
practicals, seminars, tutorials for postgraduate programmes as part of their
learning;
·
Preparing case studies;
·
Conducting and/or assisting in tutorials
and seminars;
·
Working in co-operation with senior
members on specific projects;
·
Supervising special projects for
undergraduate students;
·
Designing and developing research
proposals;
·
Carrying out consultancy and community
services;
·
Assisting in writing teaching manuals

Attending workshops, conferences and

2.2
QUALIFICATIONS
Masters degree in a relevant functional
area (with “B” average) and must have obtained an upper second class having a
minimum GPA of 3.5 in the first degree from a recognized higher learning
Institution.

Handing matters pertaining to lending
out and receipt of books;
·
Assisting in automating the library
catalogue and circulation services;
·
Assisting in cataloguing and
classification of books;
·
Assisting in indexing of periodicals and
journals;
·
Re-shelving of books left by readers on
study tables;
·
Assist in acquisitions of library
materials by selecting, ordering receiving and recording them;
·
Assisting readers in searching for
information in the computer through the CD-ROMs, internet and shelves;
·
Assisting in abstracting service and
giving advice to readers;
·
Conducting lecturers;
·
Preparing case studies,

Conducting and/or assisting in tutorials
and seminars;
·
Working in co-operation with senior
members on specific projects;
·
Supervising special projects for
undergraduate students;

5.2
QUALIFICATIONS
Holder of a Bachelor degree or Advanced
Diploma in Civil Engineering from recognized Institution plus ICT skills.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

6.2
QUALIFICATIONS
Possession of Form IV certificate,
driving certificate from NIT or VETA and a class “C” valid clean driving
licence with at least three years working experience plus ICT skills.
