Our client is seeking a Commercial Director to be based in Tanzania.
Experience in telecoms and/or FMCG is essential.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Develop and implement the commercial strategy so that overall goals and objectives are met
- Establish and manage the commercial budget
- Ensure that customer life time value is maximised
- Maintain and build upon the strong company brand
- Create a highly motivated team and ensure there is an extensive training portfolio in place
Desired Skills and Experience
- Excellent English language skills
- At least 4 years of Senior Management experience
- Post Graduate degree plus relevant business management experience
- Able to travel around 25%-35%
