Head of Human Resources and Administration
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement human resource policies and procedures aligned to company strategic business goals;
- Oversee the implementation of an effective human resource management information system;
- Manage the full spectrum of human resources function, including recruitment, induction, compensation and benefits, employee relations, performance management, and training & development;
- Develop and implement effective performance management systems;
- Develop and maintain updated job descriptions and competency profiles for the company; and
- Oversee maintenance, storage and security of records s well as coordination administrative support services
Qualification:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resource or related field
- MBA will be a added advantage
- Higher Diploma ¡n Human Resource Management
- Eight (8) years relevant experience with at least 3 years at senior management level
