Tumba College of Technology is a Public technical Institution of higher learning, located in Rulindo Disctrict, Northern Province. TCT’s mandate is to train a critical mass of Human capital with competent hands-on skills, work attitude, and knowledge. TCT wishes to recruit competent persons for the following positions :

1. Director of Quality Assurance :Master’s degree in Education, Engineering or Bachelor’s degree Education, Engineering with three years of experience. The candidate should also have knowledge on the Rwandan Education sector policy and TVET Policy.

2. Quality Assurance Officer : Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Education. Experience in similar work will be an added advantage, The candidate should also have skills such as planning and Organizing Performance focus, teamwork, Communication Skills,etc

3. Director of Finance : Master’s Degree in Accounting or Finance or A0 in Management specializing in Accounting or Finance with three years of experience. Holding a CPA or ACCA will constitute an added advantage.

4. Assistant Lecturer : University Degree Electrical Engineering A minimum of one year of work experience

5. Career guidance officer ( on contract basis) : Bachelor’s degree in Management, Development studies or Entrepreneurship with at least two years of experience. Experience in the same area would be an added advantage.

6. Instructor : Advanced Diploma (A1) in Information Technology. The ideal candidate should have strong hands on skills in Network cabling and connector fitting, software installation, backup and restore.
