Requirement:
Person Specifications; (a) Qualifications
• Any combination of education and training equivalent to possession of a bachelor’s degree in computer science, information engineering or other related areas; such education should be at a level which demonstrates the ability to perform duties comparable to those listed herein.
• At least one Professional certification such as MCSE, CCNA or equivalent
(b) Experience and Knowledge
• Experience in all areas of local and wide area networks management administration and maintenance including system configuration, setup, troubleshooting, planning, designing, implementation, and user support; experience installing and supporting Microsoft server technologies; experience supporting telecommunications equipment.
• Working knowledge of the TCP/IP protocol, Internet, e-mail systems, telecommunications • and data communications; standard operating
systems, software packages, and software utilities; proper records maintenance and storage for local and distributed environments.
• Skill and ability to provide technical support to users and manage corporate desktop environments using tools like Microsoft Active Director, SMS etc..
• At least 1 year of experience working with networks in mixed protocol. It will be an added advantage if this relates to a corporate environment.

• Should be familiar with operating systems such as Windows 7, Windows XP, Unix/Linux, and working with the TCP/IP protocol.

ROLE: Maintain ICT systems and provide technical software, hardware and network problem resolution to computer users in all business offices in line with defined systems procedures and IT Policy.
Requirement:
Person Specifications;
(a) Qualifications
• A degree in Computer science. Computer Application, Information technology or equivalent
• Professional certification such as Microsoft Certified Professional, CCNA or equivalent will be an added advantage.
(b) Experience and Knowledge
• At least one year providing end-user phone support for current PC desktop and application software OR
• At least one year installing, upgrading, troubleshooting and repairing personal computers in a multiprotocol network environment preferably a large corporate.
• Should be familiar with Operating systems such as Windows 7, Windows XP, Unix/Linux, and working with the TCP/IP protocol;
• Installations of software for clients, server and peripheral computer environments
• Managing corporate desktop
Environments using tools like Microsoft Active Directory.
