Yeast Operators (XZ)

Key Responsibilities:

* Operate the yeast Autolysis plant according to the Standard operating procedure
* Comply with safe, health and environmental procedures and legislation
* Maintain safety and housekeeping standards
* Maintain repair and optimize plant and associated devises
* Continuously improve (optimize ) plant, process equipment and systems
* Apply Manufacturing way Principles

Requirement:

Requirements:

* Diploma in a Science Discipline
* Minimum of 1 years’ experience in the Food and beverages Manufacturing Company
* Process knowledge and Product Knowledge
* Basic brewing Process and engineering understanding
* High integrity and attention to detail
* High energy, balanced personality self discipline and drive, conceptualizing and innovative thinking, goal orientation and a strong output bias.
* Proactive mindset, self driven, self starter and with initiative; ability to communicate (verbal and written),
* Go getter attitude, Team player, Proactive and customer focused
* Computer literacy – Word, PowerPoint and Excel is an added advantage
* Work in Teams.
