CRS/Rwanda is looking for a qualified individual to fill the position of Senior Nutrition Officer. The successful candidate will apply her/his extensive expertise and experiences in the nutrition field to contribute alleviate and address nutrition challenges in Rwanda.
The Senior Nutrition Officer plays a key role in developing strategies, coordinating and providing technical assistance to health and nutrition components of two projects. (S)/ He will work with the Senior Nutrition Team Leader in developing new nutrition proposals as well as representing CRS vis-a-vis MoH (central and decentralized level).

The successful candidate will at minimum have the following Qualifications and Skills:
- Master’s Degree in Public Health, Nutrition, International Relations or related field required;
- Minimum 5 years’ experience managing nutrition, health, and/or food security programs;
- Strong experience in leadership, planning, and report writing;
- Experience in monitoring and evaluation systems important;
- Knowledge of and experience on proposal development;
- Proven ability to think strategically;
- Flexibility to work both in a team and independently;
- Good relationship with GoR/MoH, District officials;
- Good English and French language oral and written communication skills required;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel and Outlook required;
