American Refugee Committee International (ARC) informs the public of an opening for the following positions for Gihembe and Nyabiheke Refugee Camps:
1. GBV COORDINATOR - reports to Camp Manager.
Required Qualifications
- University Degree in Social Sciences, Social Works, Psychology, Public/Community Health or a Degree in any other related but relevant field. Candidates possessing a diploma but with a strong experience in GBV programs may also apply.
- Extensive experience in GBV programming, preferably between 2-3 years of prior work in GBV prevention and response program is preferred.
- Candidate must demonstrate a strong understanding of Multi-Sectoral approaches to GBV programming and should be well versed with current GBV programming models and approaches in humanitarian settings.
