The Economic and Public Sector Program (EPSP) is an Australian Government, AusAID initiative, a partnership between the Governments of Australia and Papua New Guinea. The goal of EPSP is to provide an effective and efficient public service that focuses on service delivery for the men, women and children of PNG. The program also aims to create an enabling environment for broad-based economic growth.
The Department of Labour and Industrial Relations (DLIR) is receiving support from EPSP and GoPNG to enhance and promote decent Work, Industrial Peace, Human Resource Development and Labour Administration, in line with pillars one and two of Vision 2050.
The Strategic/Corporate Planning Consultant will assist the DLIR Secretary and the Senior Executive team to develop a strategic and corporate plan, as well as assist in the development and implementation of the M&E Framework. The Consultant must possess significant strategic management and corporate planning experience with exposure to labour market or industrial relations environments. This role will be a six month periodic input.
The Adviser Remuneration Framework (ARF) applies. This position is classified as discipline D, level 3.*
