Duties and Responsibilities:
- To coordinate all administrative functions in the respective area while adhering to the Company policies and procedures

COST ACCOUNTANT
Reporting to Management Accountant
Duties and Responsibilities:

Applicants must have
- Bachelor of Commerce or a Bachelor in Business Administration (Accountancy or Finance (Options)
- Certificate level of a Professional Accountancy qualification of an internationally recognized institution, such as ACCA,CPA or CIMA (Part Qualified)
- A minimum of two (2) years’ experience in a busy accounts department of a large organisation working in the area of costing
- Ensure that all information containing various costs is captured.
- Ensure that accurate records are made kept within the section
- Ensure that all stock items are properly and accurately costed and that values duly disclosed
- Ensures that Inventory Control (IC) module is accurate, up-to-date and reconciles to the General Ledger
- Liaises with internal and external auditors for the stock-taking exercises
- Ensures strict compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and Procedures
- Takes reasonable steps to minimise the possibility of fraudulent activity occurring in the section.
M-SENTE (Mobile Money) RETAIL SALES MANAGER
Applicants must possess:
- A Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, IT or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience at an operational level in a related environment
- Hands on experience of Sales and Distribution in a telecom or FMCG industry is a distinctive advantage
- Demonstrated leadership to lead team, business acumen and analytical skills are vital.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Drive revenues, direct acquisition and growth of customer base
- Work closely with retail sales teams to derive synergies from them
- Drive, monitor and direct initiatives that will grow mobile money revenues
- Create and roll out innovative solutions needed to support mobile money revenue
- Develop alternative channels for mobile money customer acquisition
- Manage subscriber acquisition cost
- Participate in the definition, Implementation and growth of the M-Sente retail Sales strategy and distribution system.
- Develop and ensure optimal rollout of unique and competitive M-Sente outlets (such as kiosks and newspaper vendors) with special focus on both conventional and guerilla distribution tactics to gain competitive advantage over other players on the market
- Oversee the recruitment, training, coaching, supervision and appraisal of the M-Sente Trade Development Executives and Distribution teams so as to achieve the national subscriber and agent growth in accordance with the set targets
- Propose and implement M-Sente departmental marketing and promotional strategy in conjuction with the Head of Department
- Actively participate in M sente product price setting through regular reviews of the competitiveness of M sente Agent commissions and consumer tarrifs visa vis other mobile payments providers on the market.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of the M sente Agent / Distribution and subscriber enrolment initiatives through weekly analysis of the sales performance trends and ensure appropriate adjustments where need be.
- Oversee M-sente market development through practical trade audits check on Agent liquidity, outlet visibility, resolution of Agent queries.
- Actively participate and ensure effective M sente representation at mobile payments forums, trade exhibitions, PR, marketing and promotional events.
