The Company
Our client a Listed and Regional Commercial Bank, with operations in East Africa, Anglophone/Francophone West Africa and the United Kingdom and a strong professional service culture is seeking to recruit the following roles.
Summary of Key Duties and Responsibilities:
•Manage Credit Risks, Market Risks & Operational Risks bank-wide;
•Manage the Credit Administration Process;
•Board and Regulatory reporting;
•Develop the Bank Compliance and Corporate Governance Policies and procedures; and
•Responsible for overseeing compliance in the Bank
Qualification and experience required:
•Undergraduate degree;
•A Masters degree/professional qualifications will be an added advantage;
•10-12 years working experience;
•Knowledge of regulatory requirements, policies and procedures;
•Knowledge of interest rate risk management and balance sheet management techniques;
•Knowledge of BASEL II and best practices in risk management and banking;
•Good understanding of credit, Monitoring and evaluation skills;
•Planning and organizing skills, Relationship Management; and
•Good communication and report writing skills.
