Our client a Listed and Regional Commercial Bank, with operations in East Africa, Anglophone/Francophone West Africa and the United Kingdom and a strong professional service culture is seeking to recruit the following roles.Summary of Key Duties and Responsibilities:
•Liaison with regulatory bodies and ensure adherence with BOT policies and others;•Ensure deliverables are in compliance with regulatory framework for key areas of operations; Ensure functional roles are clearly defined to eliminate conflict of interest and for proper segregation of duties;
•Drive initiatives to benchmark service delivery to industry best practices;
•Ensure adequate controls are in place and staff are adequately trained;
•Policy formulation and execution; and
•Ensure daily operations service delivery meet business expectations
Qualification and experience required:
•Undergraduate degree;•A Master’s degree/professional qualifications will be an added advantage;
•6-8 Years’ relevant experience;
•General managerial/administration, Leadership skills;
•Sound knowledge of GAAP principles;
•Highly Analytical;
•Strong risk management (specifically operational risk management); and
•Good knowledge of Banking operations;
