TRAINEE NEEDED AT Dangote Industries Limited, Tanzania

GRADUATE ENGINEER TRAINEE - INSTRUMENTATION (X5) 

-Execute routine check ups of instrumentation equipment's according to maintenance schedule plan, workload, manpower availability and company procedures
-Coordinate the testing , repairing, calibration and trouble shooting of the instrumentation control systems
-allocate work orders and supervised instrumentation technicians in the execution of activities ensuring adherence to established standard and guidelines
-Ensure compliance with HSE procedures during maintenance work
- Evaluate the man power requirement for daily preventive, breakdown and shut down maintenance and prepare the job schedule
-Monitor the work orders status for obstacles and reschedules the task if required
- Endorse work feedback and close out work orders in the maintenance data base
- Liaise with mechanical and electrical sections and establish seamless integration between operation and maintenance teams
- Prepare and review various maintenance report such as preliminary failure and root cause analysis report.
-Evaluate and list spare parts requirement for smooth and trouble free operation of the plant

-Bachelor degree in engineering particularly in Electronics,instrumentation and telecom
- Experience 1-3 years preferable in cement industry
