Description :
Roles and responsibilities:
o
Support the Company’s mission,
vision, values and goals in the performance of daily Production activities;
o
Meet all the production targets as
set by the Production Manager;
o
Build up a production team that
recognizes the need for team work to achieve production targets;
o
Instill professionalism when
dealing with customers orders in all members of your team;
o
Manage and develop production
employees to achieve established goals of safety, environmental performance,
production volume, quality service and cost;
o
Develop and implement continuous
improvement within the department employees through regular feedback, coaching
and training;
o
Managing and measuring work by
clearly assigning responsibility for tasks, set clear objectives and measures,
monitor processes, progress and results;
o
Set the vision for the production
team by developing and adhering to a work plan to attain this vision;
o
Develop and oversee the
implementation of the production policy and operating manuals;
o
Ensure cost cutting in terms of
utilities, material utilization, and time management in all production
procedures;
o
Continuously work towards
minimizing time, improving quality and Raw material control in all the
production processes;
o
Any other duties as assigned by
your superiors.
Position
Requirements
o
Bachelor’s degree, Basic
Technician Certificate, Technician Certificate or diploma in any engineering
field such as mechanical, civil, chemical and process, production engineering
etc;
o
At least three years experience in
a manufacturing plant;
o
Fresh graduates with relevant
practical training experience are encouraged to apply.
