Job Description

Reporting directly to the country Manager, his/her duties will be as follows:

> Have regular interaction with the representatives of the partnership;

> He/she will be responsible to interact and coordinate with the building contractor and project engineer, local

authorities, suppliers, village communities and school authorities;

> All planning, execution, supervision and reporting will be done by him/herSeeking potential partnerships with NGOs and Governmental Agencies Issuance of a monthly/quarterly progress reports to the stakeholders on the projects;

> Ad-hoc presentation of the project to would be donors.

Position Requirements

> Degree in civil engineering building preferred but not a must;

> Experience in construction building;

> Fluency in Swahili and English;

> Experience of a minimum of 5+ years in similar projects in Tanzania;

> Conversant in Social Project reporting;

> Highly independent individual;

> Good organizer;

> Team Leader;

> Time-Line focused on reports delivery;

> Hands on individual that can help builders with a practical problem;

> Fluency with Microsoft Office.
