Job Description

Assistant QC Manager is responsible for Quality of the finished goods in the FMCG department. Assistant QC Manager must support management’s protocols, decisions, and plans, within company’s corporate structure, atmosphere, and culture. At the same time, he/she must discover disparities in the production system, issues with organizational structure, and breaches in quality in production of the company’s products.

Main Duties:

> Supervise the procedures and processes of production, from the beginning till end product.

> Schedule and coordinate preparations for product inspections and testing.

> Work to resolve noncompliance issues with materials or final products.

> Oversee inspections and testing of products and materials, and produce reports on the results.

> Train, supervise, and evaluate quality control team members.

> Quality control activities of production.

> Quality planning of the existing production process & new processes.

> Quality improvement activities by highlighting areas which need improvement.

Position Requirements

> Graduate in Chemical Processing Engineering;

> Assistant QC managers for quality control must have expertise in the processes and materials produced;

> At least 3 and above years in QC, in production industry especially in FMCG.
