Job Description

> Roles and responsibilities

• Place replenishment orders for stock, receive goods into the system

• Coordinate with freight and clearing companies to ensure smooth delivery of products

• Coordinate with inspection And licensing agencies

• Prepare import documentation and follow up

• Advise customer service on back orders and delivery status

• Daily Recording and researching of stock discrepancies • Coordination of the unpacking process

• Continuous Assessment of the quality of products in stock as per ISO standards

• Count stock with designated counter as per schedule

• Oversee and maintain and enforce warehouse security

• Oversee warehouse cleanliness

• Allocation of stocks to designated shelves

• Follow up on stock ageing and advice for write-off

• Coordinate Dispatch of Upcountry and Local customer orders

• To run operations according to the Company's Code of Conduct, Environment Health & Safety (EHS) and Quality Policies, and work according to the Company's Quality Management System.
