Job Description

Milvik Tanzania Ltd are looking for sales agents who are energetic, motivated and excited to help grow a small business further. Their main role will be to call potential customers to first educate, and then to sell Tigo BIMA insurance products. Key to this is both the volume of calls made, and a polite and consistent sales approach that will be supported through training and on the job coaching. Excellent English is preferred and as agents sell more, they will receive greater compensation and benefits.

Daily duties of Sales agents:

> Arrive on time and observe good time management;

> Call and sell our product to Tigo customers daily;

> Meet weekly sales targets;

> Flag performance + productivity challenges to team captain

> Note call response and call back if requested;

> Attend training and quizzes when required to improve performance.

Job Description

Milvik Tanzania Ltd are looking for team captains to lead from the front of our successful sales

teams. With primary responsibility for selling policies, they’ll also need to monitor attendance and

performance, and flag challenges to the sales manager. By developing leadership skills and taking on more responsibility, we hope they’ll grow into future leaders of the business.

Team captains will work with the Sales Manager to:

> Carry out sales and lead by example in line with agent and team sales targets;

> Daily morning attendance register of agents

> Lead for daily support and coaching;

> Monitor quality and productivity (volume of calls, make sure calls are in line with sales script);

> Flag performance and productivity issues to Head of Distribution;

> Attend weekly team captain meeting;

> Responsibility for agent attendance and time management.
