This role is responsible for agent recruitment, location identification & selection, management of freelancers and management of agent KPI targets in allocated region.
Key Responsibilities
• The Regional Account Co-ordinator (RAC) will identify areas along certain pre-defined criteria and through a process of selection make his / her recommendation to the Sales Manager in order to proceed to the next step of selling the business commercially to well suited agents.
• The Regional Account Coordinator (RAC) will be responsible for ensuring that Sales Freelancers achieve the targets that are set for them for recruitment of agents on a regional basis.
• RAC will also ensure that that through his own efforts he recruits and contributes towards the regional agent recruitment goals initially in the pre-launch and thereafter in the post launch stages.
• RAC will also be responsible to provide a consolidated monthly commission report to the Sales Manager to ensure payment of Sales Force commissions.
• Agents will be trained on a bulk basis prior to activation. The RAC will be in a position to deliver training on product knowledge and KYC/AML to agents prior to launch and then on a need-to basis thereafter.
• The RAC will ensure that the agents receive all the tools they require for start-up (i.e. starter pack) and agents will have funded their e-money accounts in order to start.
• The RAC will ensure that all administrative issues pertaining to the agent including but not limited to contract signature, training, refresher training, supply of agent logbooks, supply of promotional and BTL materials as may be required are taken care of in a timely manner.
• The RAC will be the interface on the ground for Super Agents and Express Agents in his region.

Position Requirements
• University Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
• At least 3-5 years working experience in Sales & Distribution
